These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ODAK, a human-curated dating service operated by LALACORN LLC. Please read them carefully.

1Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using ODAK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ODAK. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3Account & phone verification

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number, verified by a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it, and for providing accurate information.

4The service

ODAK is a human-curated matchmaking service. There is no swipe feed. A curator personally suggests introductions one at a time; a mutual like creates a match, and only then can matched members exchange messages.

5Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree to treat other members with respect. You must not:

• harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or impersonate any person;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content;
• solicit money, run scams, advertise, spam, or use the service commercially;
• provide false information, create accounts for anyone under 18, or operate multiple deceptive accounts;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

6Subscriptions & in-app purchases

ODAK offers an optional premium subscription (“Gold”) and one-time purchases such as additional introductions, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage cancellations and refunds through your store account per the store’s policy; we do not process payments or store card data.

7User content & license

You retain ownership of your content (photos, profile text, messages) and grant LALACORN a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it solely to operate the service for you and your matches. The license ends when you delete the content or account, except for content already shared with a match and limited copies kept for legal or safety reasons.

8Safety & moderation

Your safety matters. You can report and block other members at any time. We review reports and may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or threaten community safety. Always meet people safely and use your own judgment — we do not run criminal background checks on members.

9Termination

You may stop using ODAK and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

10Disclaimers & limitation of liability

ODAK is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LALACORN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LALACORN, its officers, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, any law, or third-party rights.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Users in Türkiye retain their mandatory statutory rights under Turkish law, including rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Nothing here removes protections that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
